Junior CEO Challenge
Junior CEO Challenge is an interschool business idea competition that give students an opportunity to be creative thinkers, future leaders, excellent communicators and aspiring budding entrepreneurs.
This program gives students an opportunity to:
- Excel in creative thinking, team building, leadership, communication, digital skills, time management, professional development and career driven skills.
- Explore the opportunity to innovative business ideas and understanding societal needs.
- Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their business ideas.
- Create Linkages with local mentors and build entrepreneurial mindset.
Eligibility:
The program is an opportunity for students of Grade VIII – XII and O Levels. This is an ideal opportunity for the schools to participate and encourage students building their entrepreneurial mindsets which will help them to equip with business and life skills. Students will be able to explore their hidden talent by understanding the societal needs and thinking of creative ideas.

Nominations
of Participating students grade wise will be given by schools with the theme student is working on.
Mentorship
School is always a hub of for innovation where students from various disciplines gather to share ideas which will be refined and guided by designated mentors.
Submitting Pitches
Students will be submitting 59 second pitch on the portal for their respective business idea.
Shortlisting
40 pitches will be shortlisted (10 in each category) by the experts.
Mentorship for Grand Finale
The top 40 finalists will be given mentorship session to present in the Grand Finale.
Junior CEO Challenge – Grand Finale
The final top 12 selected pitches will be given a chance to present their 3 min elevator pitch to win prizes equivalent to Rs 100,000/-. All participating students will get a certificate.
